Storytelling to Improve Sales and Change Culture

I was interviewed last week on how to use business storytelling to improve sales and change culture. I worked for 13 years at the World Bank in Washington, DC. It was there I pioneered the use of storytelling for large-scale change under the leadership of Steve Denning, contributing to the small team that took an unfunded idea and turned it into a $60million program.

Since that time I have worked with CEOs and leaders in organizations that include Shell Oil, the Peace Corps, NASA, and Prudential where I developed a unique storytelling program to increase the effectiveness of their top sales representatives who as a team are responsible for billions of dollars in sales annually.
