Seven Ways Leaders Transform Organizations from the Inside Out

Here are seven techniques I have seen leaders use effectively to transform an organization from the inside out:

  3. They support and help develop people with partially formulated notions that share a common intent.
  4. They use their personal influence to bring people together on exciting new ventures.
  5. They get people excited about achievable goals.
  6. They keep a look out for unique opportunities and seize them when they arise.
  7. They practice communicating new ideas and look for techniques that are especially effective in their culture.
